A Palexpo booth photographer package includes 5 to 10 photographs for CHF 310 excl. tax. It is designed for stand builders and exhibitors who need a concise, professionally retouched set. PhotographeGenève is an official Palexpo partner and works during build-up or after the show opens.
What does the booth package include?
The package covers a focused selection: overall view, reception area, main product, construction details, signage and team members when requested. Communication usage rights are included, with delivery within seven days by download link or USB drive.
For several booths, conferences, activations or full-day coverage, choose a two, four or eight-hour package from the photographer in Geneva price list.
Which booth photographs should be planned?
A stand builder usually needs images of volumes, materials, lighting and finishing quality. An exhibitor often prioritises branding, products, reception and the booth in use. Identify who will use and approve the images so the photographer can prepare the right shot list.
A typical selection includes the complete façade, welcome desk, key product, a joinery or lighting detail, the team and a few views with visitors. Framing takes neighbouring booths and visitor circulation into account.
Choosing the right time
At the end of build-up, the booth should be complete, clean and fully lit. After opening, a few visitors can demonstrate how the space works. Send the hall and booth numbers, confirmed installation deadline and on-site contact before the assignment.
For a same-day press or social-media selection, express delivery is available for CHF 150 excl. tax.
Palexpo booth photography prices
The 5–10 image package costs CHF 310 excl. tax. When the brief requires more angles, several configurations or wider show coverage, photography packages cost CHF 480 for two hours, CHF 930 for four hours and CHF 1,600 for eight hours.
