Photography that respects protocol
Required images usually include speeches, flags, document signings, official exchanges, delegations and venue views. The photographer follows seating arrangements, security instructions and any periods during which movement or flash photography is restricted.

Confidentiality and publication
Publication rules are agreed before the event. Files are supplied only to the designated contact and are not published by PhotographeGenève without written permission. Restricted areas, sensitive participants and embargo periods can all be included in the brief.
A same-day press selection can be prepared when the image count and delivery time are agreed in advance.
Information required before the assignment
Send the programme, priority speaker list, protocol rules, accessible areas and security contact. Also specify the event language, required group photographs and intended communication channels.

Prices and delivery
A short reception can be covered with the two-hour package at CHF 480 excl. tax. Four and eight-hour packages cost CHF 930 and CHF 1,600. Basic retouching, agreed communication usage rights and seven-day delivery are included.
Express delivery costs CHF 150. Special post-production or an assignment requiring several photographers is quoted from the programme.
