For workplace photography, we alternate wide views with real working situations to show both the location and how it is used. Products can be photographed separately or in context. Every image set receives consistent lighting and colour treatment.

Preparing the shoot

An effective brief states the date, address, headcount, accessible areas and intended uses. For a portrait series, a named schedule reduces waiting time for employees. Rooms should be prepared and brand assets available before the photographer arrives.

When the assignment also includes video production or architecture photography, we coordinate crews and timings to avoid repeating setups.

Working discreetly on site

Equipment is adapted to the location: self-contained lighting for portraits, lenses suited to occupied offices and a compact setup for circulation areas. Meetings and daily activities are photographed without interrupting teams.

Security instructions, confidential areas and publication rules are confirmed in advance. Named portraits can be delivered in separate folders when HR teams need a clear identification workflow.

Prices and delivery

Photography packages cost CHF 480 excl. tax for two hours, CHF 930 for four hours and CHF 1,600 for eight hours. Basic retouching, agreed communication usage rights and delivery within seven days are included. Express delivery is available for CHF 150.
