Platforms and technical preparation
We can broadcast through StreamYard, YouTube, Vimeo or an internal platform, depending on the organiser’s requirements. The brief should specify the platform, speaker count, languages, presentation materials and available internet connection.
Before the event, we schedule connection, sound and display tests. Rehearsal timing is confirmed with the venue and local technical team.
Complementary photography and video
The livestream can be combined with a video reportage for an edited version after the event. A photographer in Geneva can also cover speakers, audience and networking for press, web and social media.
Positions and movement are coordinated so that photography does not interrupt the broadcast.
